This website, ngc-hybridev.co.uk (the "Site"), is operated by NGC Hybrid & EV Limited, company number 15301784, registered office Bury Lodge, Bury Road, Stowmarket, Suffolk IP14 1JA, VAT number 510829311 ("NGC", "we", "us").

These terms govern your use of the Site. Separate Workshop Terms & Conditions apply to any work we carry out on your vehicle or parts you buy from us. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data. By using the Site you accept these terms.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes: finding out about our services, requesting quotes, ordering parts and reading our articles.

You must not misuse the Site — including attempting unauthorised access to the admin area, probing for security weaknesses, introducing malicious code, submitting false enquiries, or scraping content or prices for commercial use.

We may suspend, restrict or withdraw the Site at any time for operational, security or legal reasons without notice.

Submitting a contact, quote or "sell your vehicle" form is an enquiry, not a contract. We'll reply to arrange a diagnostic or give an estimate.

Estimates on the Site (including any "typical price" guides) are indicative. A firm quote is always confirmed in writing after inspection, and work proceeds only once you approve it. See the Workshop Terms.

The Site's parts shop operates on an order-request basis. Adding items to your basket and submitting your details sends us a request; it does not place a binding order and no payment is taken online.

A contract is formed only when we confirm availability and price to you and you pay by the method we agree (bank transfer, card by phone, or on collection).

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT unless stated. We may correct pricing errors before confirming an order.

Consumer cancellation rights. For parts bought at a distance and delivered to you, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, unless the part was made or sourced to your specification or has been fitted or used. Return parts unused and in original packaging; you pay return postage unless the item is faulty. Refunds are made within 14 days of our receiving the goods.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

We take care to keep the Site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Vehicle compatibility notes, brand lists and articles are general guidance and not a substitute for inspection of your vehicle. Nothing on the Site is professional advice for any specific vehicle.

Hybrid and electric vehicle battery systems operate at lethal voltages. Information on the Site is not instruction for DIY work. Never open, probe or disconnect a high-voltage battery or orange-sheathed cabling yourself.

All text, images, logos, brand marks and other content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trade-mark law. Manufacturer names and logos shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate the vehicles we work on; we are an independent specialist and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.

Customer reviews shown on the Site are published with the reviewer's permission or reproduced from public sources. If you submit content to us you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it and confirm it is accurate and your own.

Links to other websites (e.g. Google Maps, eBay, HEVRA, IMI) are provided for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on information on it — including loss of profit, business, data or goodwill.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't include sensitive information in enquiry forms.

We may update these terms at any time; the version on the Site when you use it applies.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
